Angie and Pam co-founded Stelleri Performance Training in 2015. They both have significant experience in coaching and racing many different types of endurance events. Click on the ‘+’ to learn more.

Coach Angie has competed in over 250 cycling (road, criterium, time trial, cyclocross, gravel), multisport (duathlon, sprint, olympic and half-ironman triathlon) and running events (5K-Marathon) since becoming a competitive age-group athlete in 2001. Angie has raced the Boston Marathon, Eagleman Half-Ironman, Ohio Triple-T and Wildflower Half-ironman.
In 2023, Angie completed in the Multisport National Championship in Super Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, Aquabike and Mixed Team Relay and she qualified for the World Championship in all four events. In 2022, Angie competed in the USA Triathlon National Championship (28/144 overall AG) in sprint triathlon, several local sprint triathlons, USAC Ohio State Masters Time Trial Championship (2nd AG) and Ohio State Senior Games (2nd AG) in cycling.
In 2018, Angie ranked as an All-American Duathlete by USA Triathlon and she was ranked 1st in the MIdeast Region in her age-group. In 2016, Angie placed 12th in her age-group at the ITU World Duathlon Championship in Spain. You can see most of her racing results on Athlinks.
She is a USA Cycling Cat. 3 cyclist in road, time trial and cyclocross. Dr. Ridgel is currently a Full Professor in Exercise Physiology at Kent State University and a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (FACSM). Angie is a USA Cycling Level 3 coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 coach, USMS Certified Swim Coach, TrainingPeaks Power Certified coach, an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Exercise Physiologist. She also completed Stacy Sim’s Menopause for Athletes Course.

Coach Pam has been a competitive cyclist and multisport athlete since 2007, and currently a Category 3 in road events with a specialty in Time Trial. Pam is a USA Cycling Level 3 coach. You'll also see her hitting the boards at the Cleveland Velodrome.
2024 has been an exciting year for Coach Pam. She finished 1st AG at Hincapie Medio Fondo Lehigh (her “A” race), State Champion duathlete (Sylvania race), 3rd in Road Race at Pan Am Masters Games, and overall Female Master at the Ohio State Championship Road Race, earning the 2024 State Champ jersey. In 2023, Pam did a little bit of everything, dabbling in gravel racing, duathlon, grand fondos, time trial and kayaking in Antarctica. In 2022, Pam focused on time trial and sprint duathlon and she landed on the podium at every single event. Pam achieved All-American status in Duathlon by USA Triathlon, including a ranking of 1st in AG for the Mideast Region in 2018. In 2016, Pam placed 5th in her age-group at the 2016 ITU World Championship in Spain. She was also the Ohio State Champion in Time Trial in 2019, 2018, 2014 and 2013. In 2015, Pam completed the grueling Silver State 508 ultra bike race, as part of a 2-man team (Team Hellhound).Pam coaches cyclists, triathletes, duathletes, and ultrarunners. She is passionate about helping other Masters women athletes understand what it takes to maintain and improve athletic performance as they ‘age up’, and plans to do the same herself.
